Reservations Policy – 

Reservations are for dining only. We welcome walk-ins and save plenty of space for drinks and snacks. 

 

All bookings are reserved for a 2-hour dining period by default. If you'd like more time to dine, please contact us directly. 

 

Please let us know of any dietary requirements prior to your reservation. Due to the limited nature of our menu and the scale of our kitchen, we may not be able to cater for last-minute dietary requests.

 

Reservations booked for our outdoor courtyard will be subject to the unpredictable nature of Melbourne’s weather. Should outdoor dining be unpermittable, we cannot guarantee availability for indoor dining. Our team will contact you on the day of your booking to offer an alternative reservation option and/or date. 

 

Unfortunately, Auterra Wine Bar is not wheelchair accessible.

 

A 10% service charge will be applied to all tables of 6 or more guests (Wednesday to Saturday).

A 10% surcharge will be applied on Sundays.

A 15% surcharge will be applied on public holidays.

All card transactions will incur a merchant fee of 1.5% to 2.7% including all tap and pay transactions. 

 

Cancellation Policy – 

We understand that plans do change, so if you need to adjust or cancel your reservation, please let us know 24 hours prior to your reservation time to avoid a cancellation charge of $50 per person. 

 

Group Bookings & Private Dining – 

For all group reservations of 7 guests or more, please contact our team directly to book.
